Welcome!

Vehicle and Equipment Management Agency (VEMA) was born on April 1, 2009. It is a Special Operating Agency of the Supply and Services division of Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation (MIT). Fleet Vehicles Agency (FLEET) and MIT's Mechanical Equipment Services (MES) branch were the parents who gave birth to the new organization.

VEMA provides fleet management services to public sector organizations operating throughout Manitoba.

VEMA manages the complete equipment lifecycle including financing, selection and acquisition, licensing, monitoring operating expenses, and re-marketing. The result is safer, more environmentally friendly vehicles and equipment, operating at the lowest possible cost.
